EQUIPMENT: fridge with freezer, microwave, 4-flame gas cooker, dishwasher, "Melitta" German coffee machine, toaster, kettle , hair dryer and satellite TV. Large garden equipped with barbecue, tables, benches, sunbeds and small swimming pool (open from 01st May to 20th September). Private outdoor parking 100 m. from the house, bike storage on request, washing machine (in the communal areas on request and against payment), free WiFi.

The price includes the consumption of electricity, water and cooking gas. The apartments are equipped with: blankets, bed covers, mattress covers, pillows and kitchen utensils. Swimming pool for free (with seasonal opening from 01.05 to 20.09). The sheets and towels can be brought by the customer or rented before arrival (€ 10.00 per person for change of sheets, € 5.00 per person per change, for towels). Heating is an extra cost and will be calculated according to consumption. Pets are NOT allowed. There is the possibility of renting baby cots and high chairs. Free internet connection in the apartment.
